New Outlook for 2012

The studio salon at 4715 is owned and operated by Ms. L. She is a true artist with scissors and a comb. She took me from shabby to chic, from frumpy to fabu, and from dowdy to dy-no-mite! I went to the YMCA to work out today and saw a whole new person staring back at me in the mirror during BodyPump, and it was a very good thing. I think she took 10 years off my age and lowered my BMI, too. Absolutely, a-mah-zing!

My movie star mom

I always told my mother that she looked like a movie star, but she never believed me until she unearthed this photo my father took of her on their honeymoon. My daughter says I look like her, and I think I'll choose to believe her today.
